Self-love is truly the foundation to all change.. We live in a world full of limitations, conditions, limiting beliefs, inequality and negativity. All of this has seeped into our minds and has guided us to forget the magical, loving human being we really are. Our world can change through LOVE AND COMPASSION.
In celebration of International Women’s Day, we #choosetochallenge through Self-Love which has a ripple effect on our greater communities around us. First comes, change within then change throughout. Let;s Celebrate YOU, and the amazing person you are through Self-Love. We can celebrate women’s achievements and raise awareness to women’s struggles all through loving ourselves and loving each other.
In this 5 Day Self-Love Challenge we will be tapping into seeing ourselves and the community through loving eyes, increasing self-love through journal prompts, meditations, movements and the science of self-love.
These activities are the foundation to really truly starting a self-love habit and greater change in the world.. The ability to look yourself in the mirror and be proud of who you are and believe in yourself is a game changer to manifesting more into your life and equality throughout.

About Jo Lean, Founder of LoveSelf Mindset
I am a former award-winning corporate event planner who turned my life around 3.5 years ago after a devastating demotion. It was a blessing in disguise, as it highlighted to me an unfulfilling life of burnout, auto-pilot and negative self--talk/image.
My journey to spirituality and wellness has transformed my life to learning to love myself wholly, to discovering blockages and releasing them and manifesting not only self-love but a romantic partner (after over 13 years of being single.)
As a Manifestation Expert and Certified Positive Psychology Practitioner I teach, mentor and guide you with tools and exercises through manifestation, clearing limiting beliefs and positive psychology to unblock your limiting love story and thrive to your fullest potential.
My mission and passion is to share the light with women to discover their infinite power by learning to love themselves and manifest abundance in love and life.
